The climbing board is a training device for experienced, adult climbers. For children and adolescents of growing age, the board harbors a very high risk of injury if used incorrectly, especially in the area of the growth joints of the fingers. We therefore advise children up to the age of 12 against using the climbing board. Young people aged 13 and over should only use the climbing board under the guidance and supervision of trained instructors and only for static holding exercises. Dynamic exercises are only recommended for adult and very well trained adolescents aged 16 and over at the earliest.
